IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHOR

TECHNICAL SESSION AND MINI SYMPOSIUM AUTHORS

IEEE COMSOC POLICY: All IEEE INFOCOM 2011 Paper Presenters must register at the FULL Rate (RG 01-03). For those presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers. Please DO NOT SHARE your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an Author account.

WORKSHOP AUTHORS

IEEE COMSOC POLICY: Al presenters of a paper that is accepted in an IEEE INFOCOM 2012 Workshop must register for the workshop at the appropriate rate.  You may attend a workshop without attending the main conference. 

ALL AUTHORS

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE INFOCOM 2011 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the appropriate rate as described above and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non‐refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication‐ready version of the paper.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Authors must register by 15 January 2012.

Cancellation Policy:  All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted by 25 February 2012. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee.  No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to INFOCOMreg@ieee.org.

Visa Information - Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters, or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a ComSoc Visa Assistance Request (http://www.comsoc.org/node/add/visa-assistance-request).  Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format).
